Message Sorry Dominic, there's no NAWS fogger, T4 turbo, or standalone engine management to be found here.

On friday my package arrived. (eluding to my mystery post a couple days ago) If any of you are even vaguely familiar with UPS, you know why they have the reputation that they do. THIS is what awaited me when I got home:

Did they drop the package out of a plane??? (Note to self, note to others: If you're going to be shipping 114 lbs worth of stuff, give strong consideration to packing it in two smaller boxes, rather than one big heavy one!)

My nervousness soon abated as I started unpacking one immacculate piece after another. It felt like Christmas morning (except nobody ever buys me CAR PARTS during the real holiday).

Turbos and manis... turbos and manis... So this is what everyone has been buzzing about on tt.net over the last couple years. Yessir, those are genuine Mike Smith manifolds and Jim Wolf 530BB turbos.

Whew, everything accounted for and undamaged. What a miracle!!

I guess now's a good time to play "name that part".

Next up was positioning the Z for the beginning of the project. The key was leave enough room to work on all sides of the car, and retain a usable parking stall for my wife. (mandatory).

I better get used to this. The Z will be sitting in that spot for the next 3-4 weeks at least. It's only movement will be in the vertical direction.

Engine will be exiting stage right, and the parts laydown area will be mainly in the foreground.

Man I love my triple garage! :D

The rest of the garage reno plans (paint, cabinets, flooring, etc.) will just have to wait a while now, since I obviously have my hands full for the foreseeable future.

In closing I'd like to extend my thanks, graditude and admiration to Kyle Puckett of Import Parts Pro. I've been dealing with him as a customer for 10 years now. But this was by far my biggest purchase. In fact this was my single biggest purchase (of car parts) in one single go ever!

There were a lot of details to go over, a lot of planning that took place over the last few months. And Kyle was a class act the whole way through. It goes without saying that I highly recommend him!
